Ghent dredging 4  1/24

About ten years ago I saw this little ship breaking the ice on the Roeselare-Ooigem canal during a winter period. Afterward I had the chance to take many pictures of this ship and discovered that it was actually a plough boat from Ghent Dredging. In some cases, it is sufficient to move sludge with the help of a plough boat to deeper parts of the waterway (agitation dredging)

In the meantime, the real ship has been towed on a canal and taken to the scrapyard. The wheelhouse is now used on another ship.

The model is fully RC and with full lighting. Completely self-built from original plan.
